Good morning everyone! Up and at ’em. Time for your morning exercise - the 5BX Plan for Physical Fitness! The 5BX program was developed in 1961 for the MALE members of the RCAF, Royal Canadian Air Cadets and dependent children.

A similar program for the ladies and girls was called the XBX Plan for Physical Fitness.

Best of all - the program only takes 11 minutes a day. Does anyone still follow this regime? Did you ever?
